Romeo y Julieta Short Churchills

The Romeo y Julieta Short Churchills is one of the most iconic and highly requested Cuban Robustos on the market. Released in 2006 to meet the growing demand for shorter, thicker cigars, it perfectly captures the rich, aromatic essence of the legendary Churchill line in a highly approachable, 45-minute format.

The Quintessential Cuban Robusto

Crafted entirely by hand using premium long-filler tobacco from Cuba’s prestigious Vuelta Abajo region, the Short Churchills is a flawless representation of the Robusto vitola (4 7/8" x 50). This format is universally loved because it delivers a concentrated, thick volume of cool smoke without requiring the time commitment of a full-sized Churchill.

Boasting a beautiful, smooth Colorado wrapper, the construction of the Short Churchills is consistently excellent, ensuring a perfect draw and an even burn from start to finish.

A Symphony of Balanced Flavors

Romeo y Julieta is globally celebrated for its balanced, medium-bodied blends, and the Short Churchills is no exception. Upon lighting, the palate is greeted with a smooth, creamy wave of cedar and earthy tobacco. As the cigar progresses, a captivating sweetness emerges, featuring notes of dark cherry, roasted nuts, and the brand's signature floral aroma.

The final third introduces a very subtle, refined spice and a touch of leather, rounding out the profile beautifully. Because it sits squarely at a medium strength, it is incredibly smooth and never becomes harsh or overpowering, making it a highly versatile cigar that pairs wonderfully with morning coffee, afternoon tea, or an evening rum.
